Who I am

Linehaul Docs is a sole proprietorship (enskild firma) registered in Sweden and run by Farhad Amin. Postal address Islandsvägen 2B, 352 47 Växjö, Sweden. Email [email protected].

I'm based in the EU, so the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to everything below, including data about people in the United States.

Two kinds of data

Contact details. When I email a business, or a business emails me, I decide what happens to those contact details. For this data I'm the controller.

Documents you send me. Invoices, rate confirmations and bills of lading can contain names, addresses, phone numbers and signatures. I process these only to produce the spreadsheet you asked for, on your instructions. For this data I'm your processor, and a data processing agreement is available on request.

Contact details: what, where from, and why

Clients: the service and payment
